Students attending an NROTC Affiliated School or School with Cross-Town Agreement should consult the Professors of Naval Science at the host university's NROTC Unit to discuss application opportunities through that unit’s college program and two or three-year scholarship application process. Students attending a Non-NROTC Affiliated School may apply for a National NROTC Scholarship regardless of number of college credits earn.
